An exhilarating day in the countryside of Bali. Dig deep into the philosophy of the Balinese and observe how it determines their way of living. This time we choose the highlands of the western parts to take you to a location of Bali’s natural World Heritage site.
Leave the hotel by a regular coach to visit Sangeh. This monkey forest has six hectares of forestland with giant nutmeg trees. The main attractions here are the hordes of funny yet wise Balinese monkeys inhabiting both the trees and the temple. Part of the trip will be by vintage open-sided Volkswagen cabriolets chauffeured by your driver.
It is the ideal way to connect with the island's enthralling landscapes, we drive to one of Bali's temples with a splendidly surrounded pond, that reveals perfect proportions.
Spend a day with the Balinese in their village. See and experience the life of the local people with their daily activities. The group will split into smaller subgroups and rotate for different activity the same time. We’ll show you closely how rice is being planted and cultivated, learn traditional Balinese dance and music (Gamelan), how Balinese create the offerings, and experience the cooking class. We can create a competition among the groups, and a prize for the winner can be prepared.

After lunch, participants will have ample time to explore Ubud main street of Ubud on their own before returning to the hotel. Ubud is the epicenter of all things related to arts and crafts in Bali, great art and crafts shopping destination where galleries and shops are abundant in Ubud center, with goods on display ranging from cheap souvenirs to priceless ethnic objects from all over the archipelago.

We’ll then take you to visit visit Tirta Empul - A unique Balinese temple attracts hundreds of visitors every day. All Balinese will make regular pilgrimages to Tirta Empul. They come seeking to cleanse themselves spiritually and to cure their physical ailments by bathing in the holy springs, which have been considered the most sacred in Bali ever since the tenth century, if not longer.

After a leisurely sail, you’ll reach a tropical paradise. Walk on deserted beaches and meet the locals, or just hang out on the beach and enjoy the beach club facilities for the day.
Mid-afternoon return to Bali. While cruising back to mainland Bali along the east coast of one of the most famous islands in the world, you can enjoy views over the ever-impressing Mount Agung, Bali’s dormant volcano, and maybe meet a school of dolphins on the way back.
